3 rooms are available in my house shared with other female tenants. Females only. It is located in desirable Walkley/Heron area. Location is close to Herongate mall, Leon's, Mcdonalds, Tim Hortons, Dollarama, Banking institutions and other stores.
A minute walk to a Bus stop for Bus 112 (Billings Bridge and Elmvale) and a 5min walk to Bus stop for Bus 8 ( Hull/Downtown and Billings Bridge). Parking is available with an extra fee of $25/month.
All utilites are included as well as internet. Bedroom are fully furnished with bed, dresser, desk and a chair. There will be a shared kitchen, bathroom washer and dryer on site.
Looking for mature professionals and student roommates who are respectful, tidy, and clean. Ideal renters must not be allergic to small dog, as I have a lovable one.
