Are you tired of living with dweebs? Live here and change all that! Looking for a mature, employed person to rent a room in my awesome east-end bungalow (5 minutes WALK from St Laurent shopping center!). You get:
- your own room (of course), measures 13'x15'
- unlimited high-speed wifi ($20 p/m)
- parking (free for 1 vehicle, $ per additional)
- laundry (both washer and dryer are high-capacity models)
What you don't normally get is access to:
- a huge and beautiful kitchen (diner style & auto-racing themed...plus every appliance!)
- sunny, nicely furnished living room in which to lounge, read, entertain guests/family, watch movies, or just observe the outside happenings
- large, beautifully landscaped front yard that gets west sun exposure from about 12, until sunset (same for the living room)
- refinished wooden deck, with upscale furniture, bbq, dedicated outdoor electronics (tv, dvd/vhs combo, wifi-connected laptop), and beautiful plants
- big stone patio with fire pit with lounge chairs surrounding
- huge, beautifully landscaped backyard, with two outdoor storage sheds and two different old-growth evergreens (with more than enough grass area to huck the 'bee or ball!)
- freshly paved 10 car driveway (yes, I've got a snowblower!)
...and thats just the upstairs. Downstairs, you get access to:
- full laundry facilities (with large prep/folding table)
- pro cable-weight machine and workout area (including peripherals)
- workshop area (many tools, both manual and power)
- foosball table, rod-hockey table, and mini-pool table
- fully equipped jam-space/recording area (drums, bass, guitar, keyboards, and dj rig...always ready to go!)
- separate "man-cave" room (fully loaded of course & smoker-friendly!)
The house has a recently new (2 years ago) furnace and central-air conditioning unit. I also provide some sundries like dishsoap/dishwasher pucks, toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, and laundry soap...free of charge (within reason)!
