We are looking for a young professional or mature student to share a 3 bedroom house. My roommate and I are in our late 20s. We have 1 dog.
The house is a five minute walk to Dow's Lake, Civic Hospital, Preston and Hintonburg. Easy access to highway, downtown, the Glebe and Westboro. Perfect location between Carleton University and Ottawa U.
Room available: Large, bright, upstairs bedroom with 2 large closets
Shared common areas - large bright living/dining, kitchen, large basement (tons of space) with storage and laundry, large second floor shared bath with shower. Its really a beautiful, spacious, bright property. We have a small back yard and a huge front porch.
Rent for unfurnished room: $610 (first and last required) + utiliites
Rent for furnished room: $700 + utilities
Utilities: water, hydro, gas and internet/tv - split costs between us
Parking: Shared Driveway - room for 1 more car
We are looking for someone who is like minded: friendly, quiet, clean and who likes dogs. First and last month required.
