I am a young female (late 20s) looking for 2 young professional or mature students to share a 3 bedroom house. My one roommate just moved out so immediate occupancy is possible and my other roommate will be moving out within the next month.
The house is a five minute walk to Dow's Lake, Civic Hospital, Preston and Hintonburg. Easy access to highway, downtown, the Glebe and Westboro. Perfect location between Carleton University and Ottawa U.
Room available: Large, bright, upstairs bedroom with 2 large closets
Soon to be available: Large, bright, main floor bedroom, with private powder room.
Shared common areas - large bright living/dining, kitchen, large basement (tons of space) with storage and laundry, large second floor shared bath with shower. Its really a beautiful, spacious, bright property. There is a small back yard and a huge front porch.
Rent: $610 (first and last required) + utiliites
Utilities: water, hydro, gas and internet - split costs between us
Parking: Shared Driveway - room for 2 more car (i have a small car)
I work shift work, 7 days a week, I have a dog, and need people to be pet friendly, respectful, quiet, clean and friendly. First and last month required.
