4U2C WATER COLOR SIGNED GEORGE P. RICKARD in Gloucester, Ontario for sale

From quick research this artist was born in Niagara Falls Ontario, He has published a book of sketches and drawings and is listed in the The National Heritage of Canada. This lovely water color was done in his Studio in London Ont. and is titled At the Shipyard in Port Dover On. 80. The frame is 21 by 17 inches and the water color is 14 1/2 inches by 11 inches.
