Ideal for uOttawa students or those who work overnight shifts, as the 95 bus runs 24/7.
Room for rent is unfurnished, but rest of house is totally furnished. Fully-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. One and a half bathrooms. Very large living/dining room with beautiful new hardwood floors. Backyard has a patio table in summer, and can be enjoyed on warm summer days! Laundry facilities on-site. We have unlimited internet and Netflix is also available on our (flat-screen!) television in the living room. Free parking spot available, as we have a driveway but all of us take the bus.
Located a 10-minute walk from the Gloucester Center, where you will find Loblaws, SilverCity cinemas, restaurants, shopping, etc.
Water included. Hydro and internet will be split 4 ways and is very reasonable.
Absolutely no pets or smoking, please.
The home will be shared with three roommates in their late 20s. Preference will be given to students and young professionals, as the current roommates are themselves part of that demographic.
