I am seeking somebody to takeover my lease for my area in a 4 bdm/2bath apartment in the Glebe from Now - August 31/2015. It is the 2nd biggest room in the aprtment. Amazing roomies, each one of them are women undergraduate students (Carleton/Algonquin). one of them has a small extremely friendly mannerly canine.
Apartment is fully refurbished. Usual areas are fully provided. Cooking area attributes stainless steel home appliances, gas range, dishwashing machine microwave etc. Roof outdoor patio is discussed between all 4 devices in the building (other renters are also all students).
Situated in the heart of the Glebe on 5th ave. 2 mins stroll from banking (Bus quits 1 and 7), 7 minimums stroll to bronson (4 Bus Stop). 10 mins bus to DT and Carleton College.
