Ideal for uOttawa students or those who work overnight shifts, as the 95 bus runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Room for rent is unfurnished, but rest of house is totally furnished. Fully-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. One and a half bathrooms. Very large living/dining room with beautiful new hardwood floors. Backyard has a patio table in summer. Laundry facilities on-site. We have unlimited internet and Netflix. Free parking spot available, as we have a driveway but current tenants all take the bus.
Located a 10-minute walk from the Gloucester Center, where you will find Loblaws, Wal-Mart, SilverCity cinemas, restaurants, etc.
